I am very fortunate to work in a school system where technology advancements are being approached and obtained. My school has the largest most innovative computer lab in the county. We have wonderful technological support and have the support of our Director of Schools to help monetarily.
It is shown that effective principals promote highly effective practices in technology integration among faculty. This is integral to our school's success. We have a supportive principal and staff whose collaboration with our Technology Center allow for a situation that many surrounding counties are lacking.
I would invite anyone to come and visit our computer lab in my department.

You are very fortunate to have administrators who are supportive of technology integration.
Chuck and I discussed the first 5 flatteners and how times have changed since 1991. Now we have hope that our creativity can pull us through. We were both a bit apprehensive about the fact that so many of our jobs are being sent to other countries.I was amazed that many of our tax returns are done overseas as well as Indian employees are willing to work for so much less.
